2) If you wish to add additional charms, you can purchase them separately as we recommend to only add upto 5 charms at once in the chains.

The Making Time is a minimum of 2 working days for the assembly of the Charm Necklace. Shipped within 24 Hours after Making and delivered within 2-5 business days depending on the city

Care Details - Keep them away from chemicals of any kind and keep them stored in a box or pouch when not in use.

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours unless from the personalised collection, and delivered within 3-7 Business Days depending on the City and State. Perosnalised and Preorders have a making time of up to 10 working days, post which it is shipped and delivered within 3-7 business days. Express Shipping only applies to the shipping timelines, not the making timelines.

You can simply return a product against a credit note on full priced items.

Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn and with all tags attached.
Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged.
Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.

Please store your Inaya Jewels in a Cool and Dry place, sealed in the Inaya Ziplock provided to you to maximise the shelf life of the gold plating. Keep away from any harsh chemicals and fragrances to maintain it's lusture. In case of any descrepencies, Please reach out to us and we will be happy to facilitate an exchange for pieces covered under warranty.
