We at Inaya strive to make your orders reach you in time, hassle free. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours and delivered within 3-7 Business Days depending on the City and State.
Please Note, all Personalised / Preorders have a making time of up to 10 working days, and cannot be dispatched any sooner than that.
Express Shipping (Air Shipping) is an available option to all, but that only applies to Shipping and not the making time. Please note dispatch time for the same would be 24-36 hours and the remaining time for shipping would be 2-5 days depending on the city and state.
*COD is not available for Personalised Orders and Orders over Rs 1500/-

All You Need to Know – International Shipping
- Free Shipping on orders over $150, and $20 flat charges on orders less than $150.
- International orders are usually delivered within 7 – 15 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in India are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange Of any kind unless a product has been damaged.
Customs and import duties:
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Inaya Accessories will not be able to entertain a request for refund.
