2) Choose Upto 3 Charms to be added to the chain from the various Options.
3) If you wish to add additional charms, you can purchase them seperately as we recommend to only add 3 charms at once in the chains.
The Making Time is a minimum of 2-3 working days for the assembly of the Charm Necklace. Shipped within 24 Hours after Making and delivered within 2-6 business days depending on the city
Care Details - Keep them away from Excessive Moisture or chemicals of any kind and keep them stored in a box or pouch when not in use.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours unless from the personalised collection, and delivered within 3-7 Business Days depending on the City and State. Perosnalised and Preorders have a making time of up to 10 working days, post which it is shipped and delivered within 3-7 business days. Express Shipping only applies to the shipping timelines, not the making timelines.

Yes. Our jewellery is designed for regular exposure to water,
sweat and everyday moisture. You do not need to remove it every
time you shower, travel or head to the beach.
What makes the jewellery waterproof?
Our pieces use premium stainless steel with 18KT PVD gold
plating. This process creates a more durable finish than
conventional plating and is better suited to regular wear.
Will it irritate sensitive skin?
Our jewellery is nickel and zinc free and uses skin-safe
materials selected for comfortable everyday wear. Individual
sensitivities can still vary.
Will the gold colour fade?
All plated jewellery can naturally change over time. Our
materials and PVD plating are selected for prolonged wear, and
simple care will help preserve the finish.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Every product comes with a one-year warranty, including products
purchased during offers. Eligible manufacturing and plating
concerns are covered under the warranty policy.
