How to Make your own Charm Necklace/Bracelet -

1) Choose your Favourite Chain Type for the Necklace or Bracelet 

2) Choose Upto 3 Charms to be added to the chain from the various Options.

3) If you wish to add additional charms, you can purchase them seperately as we recommend to only add 3 charms at once in the chains.

The Making Time is a minimum of 2-3 working days for the assembly of the Charm Necklace. Shipped within 24 Hours after Making and delivered within 2-6 business days depending on the city

Care Details - Keep them away from Excessive Moisture or chemicals of any kind and keep them stored in a box or pouch when not in use.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours unless from the personalised collection, and delivered within 3-7 Business Days depending on the City and State. Perosnalised and Preorders have a making time of up to 10 working days, post which it is shipped and delivered within 3-7 business days. Express Shipping only applies to the shipping timelines, not the making timelines.
Return

You can simply return a product against a credit note on full priced items.

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn and with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged.
  • Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
Jewellery Care
Please store your Inaya Jewels in a Cool and Dry place, sealed in the Inaya Ziplock provided to you to maximise the shelf life of the gold plating. Keep away from any harsh chemicals and fragrances to maintain it's lusture. In case of any descrepencies, Please reach out to us and we will be happy to facilitate an exchange for pieces covered under warranty.
Size & Fit
Most of our products (other than rings) come in one size only. The product dimensions will be mentioned on each product page. If you can't figure it out, message us and we'll help you! However please do note that each of our pieces are hand-made and unique, so the sizes, colour and styles can vary mildly.
