Perosnalised and Preorders have a making time of up to 10 working days, post which it is shipped and delivered within 3-7 business days. What makes the jewellery waterproof?

Our pieces use premium stainless steel with 18KT PVD gold plating. This process creates a more durable finish than conventional plating and is better suited to regular wear.

Will it irritate sensitive skin?

Our jewellery is nickel and zinc free and uses skin-safe materials selected for comfortable everyday wear. Individual sensitivities can still vary.

Will the gold colour fade?

All plated jewellery can naturally change over time. Our materials and PVD plating are selected for prolonged wear, and simple care will help preserve the finish.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Every product comes with a one-year warranty, including products purchased during offers. Eligible manufacturing and plating concerns are covered under the warranty policy.
